Executive and Leadership Coaching
Working in a safe and confidential manner, I provide practical, research-backed coaching designed to foster self-awareness and drive change to embrace authenticity and action. Coaching is offered on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, tailored to individuals and teams.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Consulting
Working collaboratively with my clients, I assess DEI maturity and efforts within organisations and teams with a thorough review of current strategies, interventions and data. This analysis identifies key barriers and opportunities for cultural and structural change. A bespoke strategy is then provided to effectively address these issues and enhance DEI within the organisation.
Inclusive Leadership and Sponsorship Programmes
Building on my client’s goals, I co-create a bespoke programme to help leadership teams discover their purpose and determine impactful actions for fostering inclusive cultures. This could include a sponsorship development programme to actively break down barriers faced by underrepresented employees. A targeted programme is provided, along with aligned impact measures.
