I help leaders enhance inclusion in organisations to create better working cultures. I work with senior leaders and managers, as well as women and minority ethnic talent, to identify their unique goals, overcome obstacles and use their authentic voice for culture change and career progression.
Through my research, consultancy and coaching, I have developed a deeper understanding of inclusive leadership and seen first-hand the positive impact it can have on organisational cultures and performance. The value for organisations has been established but leadership behaviours are still lagging. My aim is to inform, motivate and support leaders to do more to drive inclusive culture change, create equitable processes, foster better relationships, and fulfil organisational goals for equity and inclusion at work.
My approach brings an intersectional and cross-cultural perspective, offering an inclusive and strategic outlook on leadership development and career progression.
My story
In 2004, I started my boutique consultancy to empower and guide leaders in creating a lasting legacy of inclusion. My interest in working cultures and the role of leadership began during my 18 years of account management experience in the US and Canada between 1987-2004 and subsequent consulting assignments in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America. These experiences led me to question some of the structures, cultures and leadership within organisations.
I noticed that I, and others like me, tend to face more obstacles and invisible barriers in our working lives. Despite good intentions, organisational leadership often appeared to be silent and complicit in perpetuating inequities. In my work as an executive coach, I find that, too often, this is still the lived experience of many individuals in the workplace, and I want it to change.

My experience
I have over 20 years of experience in empowering senior leaders, women and minority ethnic talent in global organisations.
As a facilitator and executive coach on corporate inclusive leadership, sponsorship and allyship programmes, I am experienced in guiding group discussions with senior leader teams and corporate boards to identify the barriers to inclusive behaviours and decision-making. I work with them to forge an intentional, purpose-driven path to embedding inclusion in their leadership practice.
I coach individuals and groups to articulate and create a sustainable plan of action to pursue their career goals with a sense of authenticity, visibility and resilience. I am experienced at facilitating senior leader and partner group discussions on developing strategies and commitment to inclusion at their organisations.
I regularly collaborate with several organisations, such as Delta Alpha Psi and Bloom People. Through my partnership with Delta Alpha Psi, I’ve worked with Black Women in Asset Management, The British Black Business Awards and 100 Black Women Professors Now.
