I am an executive coach, organisational consultant and facilitator with more than 20 years of experience in the commercial banking and technology sectors. Through my consulting and coaching practice, I aim to create better working cultures that enhance the engagement and performance of executives and teams in the corporate environment. I develop and deliver programmes for inclusive leadership, cross-cultural team building, and individual or group career progression. I work with clients across the world from a range of sectors, including professional services, legal, financial and higher education.

Hi, I’m Dr Manjari Prashar
Through my research, consultancy and coaching, I am determined to integrate inclusive leadership in organisations and encourage the development of equitable organisational cultures.
I have over 20 years of experience in designing and facilitating inclusive leadership and progression programmes for women and minority ethnic talent in global organisations.
As an executive coach and facilitator, I collaborate with several organisations, such as Delta Alpha Psi and Bloom People.
